We were founded in 1979 at the
University of Michigan-Dearborn.

As a student-run organization, WUMD College Radio allows students the chance to gain experience in the Broadcast Media Arts field and explore different facets of online radio. 

 

We are also proud to announce we are partnered with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC to provide music from both Nationally Recognized and Independent Artists. 

Currently, we broadcast online  through our online platform, RadioJar.
