Swifties and non-Swifties alike know that Taylor Swift's "Eras" Tour has taken North America by storm – and now that storm is turning into a tempest with a concert film to document and share the show-stopping experience.

On Nov. 1, 2022, the 11-time Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift announced on Good Morning America that she would be heading back on tour – her first tour in five years. Titled “The Eras Tour”, this 3-hour and 15-minute marathon consists of a journey through all of her acclaimed albums, performing a total of 45 songs every night.

With 57 shows down and 80 more scheduled, it's the Fearless singer's biggest tour yet – so big that it broke Ticketmaster. Nonetheless, Swift has pushed boundaries and smashed attendance records since opening night, raising the bar for all musicians.

During her shows, she’s surprised fans with album announcements, tour extensions, special guests and music videos as fans have shown up and shown off with flashy outfits inspired by their favorite of Swift's 10 studio albums.

On Aug. 31, Swift announced the special surprise for her North American fans: The Eras Tour Concert Film, to be released in theaters across the continent on Oct. 13.

Given the unprecedented demand for tickets, the film is no surprise.

This film is expected to make $100 million, competing with mega-grossing films like Avengers: Endgame and the Spiderman franchise. The Exorcist: Believer has even moved up their release date a week earlier to make room for Swift’s concert film.

With a running time of 2 hours and 45 minutes and an emphasis on audience participation, the concert film is sure to give viewers the full Eras experience – a relief to Swifties who may have missed their local Eras tour stop.

This tour will surely be remembered “All Too Well.”
