Mariah Carey is defrosting early this year with the announcement of the Merry Christmas One and All! tour. Carey posted the announcement on social media along with tour dates and a sneak peek of what to expect from her shows.

Tickets went on sale Friday, Oct. 6 on sites like Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, and StubHub. The tour starts on Nov. 15, 2023 and makes 13 stops throughout North America.

Carey posted a glamorous reel on Instagram and TikTok of her receiving a call from the North Pole, where Santa asks her to help create the naughty and nice list by traveling to all of the different tour destinations.

A recent press release describes the show as “a magical night performing your favorite holiday songs and more, live across North America.”

On an animated letter to fans posted on Instagram, Carey wrote, “Darlings, Christmas is right around the corner. You're officially invited to celebrate the season with the return of my holiday extravaganza- Merry Christmas One And All! Come get festive with me! Get your tickets this Friday, October 6th."

The singers distinctive Christmas wardrobe, complete with Santa hats and glamorous gowns, has become iconic in its own right.

Mariah Carey’s reign over the Christmas music scene is not merely a seasonal occurrence; it’s a tradition. The Queen of Christmas has released numerous classic holiday covers as well as original material.

The popstar’s most iconic hit, “All I Want For Christmas Is You” released in 1994, is consistently found at the top of the Billboard Holiday Hot 100 list, being the second-ever holiday song to rank so high. The song’s catchy melody, heartfelt lyrics and Carey’s powerhouse vocals make it an irresistible addition to any holiday playlist.

In addition to her music, Carey has embraced the holiday spirit in various ways. She annually hosts a festive collection called “Mariah Carey’s Christmas Factory” to celebrate the season with her fans. This over-the-top Christmas-themed retail and candy store is featured in various Sugar Factory locations; the collection includes holiday ornaments, cookies, decorations, snowglobes, chocolates and more.

While most people think it’s too early to get into the Christmas spirit – many agreeing that the day after Thanksgiving is a safe starting point – it’s never too early for Carey to start spreading holiday joy.
